
CDM Co-ordinators (CDM-C)
Under the requirements of The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 there is a statutory requirement imposed upon the client to engage a CDM-C to ensure Health & Safety issues are addressed throughout the project life.
We can provide CDM and CDM-C Services for Clients, Contractors and Design & Build Companies.
These requirements include advising the client on Health & Safety issues not only during the actual construction period but from an early stage in the design process.
Our services include:

- Providing early advice on the Design of the project
- Preparation of the Pre-Tender/Pre-Construction Health & Safety Plan
- Advising the client on consultants and contractors
- Issuing the Statutory Notice(s) to the Health & Safety Executive,This being a statutory requirement under CDM
- Inspections of Contractors Tender Proposals in relation to Health & Safety
- Liaising with Designers/Architects to ensure designs adequately address Health & Safety issues and where applicable making recommendations.
- Inspecting Contractors & Designers Risk Assessments
- Compiling the As Built Health & Safety Plan(s)
