We were approached by a client whom had a very difficult narrow site in London, having been previously advised by other consultants/architects that he would have to use most of his site for 25m diameter turning circles for his articulated vehicles, leaving very little space for his actual building. Using our CAD systems and the real time vehicle movement analysis system and were able to prove an alternative approach clearly showing safe entrance, manoeuvring through and egress from the site by these vehicles enabling the client to utilise some 90% of the site area for his building development.
